Responsibiltiies of the Service Manager:

  • As the Service Manager you will take full responsibility for leading a busy team of up to 10 engineers
  • Your leadership will have an impact on performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction across the site
  • Coordinating workshop workflow
  • Overseeing health & safety
  • Manage budget and operational targets
  • Ensuring all power generation equipment is ready in time for delivery

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a hands on engineer role with management experience in the generator / power generation industry. You may have worked as a Service Manager, Senior Engineer, Workshop Manager, Foreman, Chargehand, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Workshop team leader or similar.
