General Maintenance Operative

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a General Maintenance Operative for our team in Warrington!

In this role you will be required to carry out a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance tasks, which will be varied in nature and include:

• General building works
• Joinery, plastering & painting
• Ground drainage and external works.
• Gulley & Gutter maintenance
• Assisting with site moves

There will also be elements of assisting our engineers with plumbing, light electrical tasks & air conditioning servicing.

Training & up-skilling will be included for this role!

Details

• Monday - Friday
• 8am - 5pm
• Overtime available
