About the Role:

We are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Aylesbury , seeking dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team in September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to build meaningful experience working with children who have a range of additional needs, including:

• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• ADHD
• Behavioural difficulties

What We're Looking For:

• A recent graduate (or final-year student) in Psychology, Criminology, or a similar discipline
• Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable, but not essential
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and emotional resilience
• A genuine interest in education, mental health, or youth work
