New Homes Sales Executive Manchester Full Time Temp-Perm Summary: We are currently recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive in Manchester to join a leading Housing Association, supporting frontline property sales across Shared Ownership, Private Sale, and other tenures. THE ROLE As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales performance across multiple developments, acting as a brand ambassador for the organisation. Deliver sales targets across Shared Ownership, Private Sales and related products Manage leads, viewings, reservations and customer engagement efficiently Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and internal teams to progress sales Provide expert guidance to customers on eligibility, affordability, and legal requirements Conduct sales viewings, home launches, and attend promotional events Ensure compliance with Homes England and GLA guidelines Maintain show homes and sales suites to a high standardTHE CANDIDATE We are seeking a candidate with previous experience in new homes sales or a similar housing sales environment. Proven background in Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, and Private Sale Strong customer service and sales negotiation skills Experience managing property sales pipelines and progressing leads Confident communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Ability to understand technical property plans and explain them clearly to buyersTHE CONTRACT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Length of Contract: 3 Month Contract, temporary Rate: The pay for the role is £20.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £17.16 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
