Litigation Legal Secretary - Are you an experienced Legal Secretary within a Litigation department seeking a hybrid working arrangment?

Position Overview for this Litigation Legal Secretary role:


Our client in North London with excellent transport links are currently recruiting for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Litigation Legal Secretary role, ideally within a property litigation department.

The successful candidate will be working along aside a dedicated Litigation team specifically within the Property Litigation department.

Experience for this Litigation Legal Secretary role -
  • Digital dictation
  • Preparing and filing routine forms, statements and documents
  • Preparing and updating document bundles - both electronic bundles and physical bundles
  • General office administration duties
  • Liaising with courts, clerks and other legal professionals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation.
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
Benefits for this Litigation Legal Secretary role:
  • Salary in the region of 34,000 - 38,000
  • Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. After 3 years continued service, this increases 1 year each year up until 25 days.
  • Christmas closure - no annual leave is taken
