They're hoping you can:

• Coordinate workload; incoming, outgoing and discussing capacity issues.
• Be the guru; the practice thrives on knowledge sharing!
• Produce MEP/M&E/Building Services projects using Revit and CAD
• Stay up to date with regs and standards
• Ask "is there a better way?" and demonstrate it.

What you'll need:

Fluency when producing M&E drawings plus an awareness of other disciplines.
Confidence when using AutoCAD and Revit
Happy speaking to contacts, both internally and externally,
