Qualified Gas Engineer Required

We are offering a permanent position for a qualified gas engineer. The ideal candidate MUST possess a full UK driving license and valid ACS qualifications. We are recruiting across all South London postcodes, with a salary range of GBP37,000 to GBP47,500, depending on experience.

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working independently, be flexible during our busier periods, and demonstrate a genuine passion for the industry. A strong team player with a can-do attitude is essential. The role involves working across various locations within the M25 (South).

What we require from you:

• ACS qualifications
• Clean full UK driving license (up to 3 points acceptable)
• Unvented G3 qualification (desirable)
• CSCS Skilled Trade Card (desirable)
• Asbestos awareness certification (desirable)
• Manual Handling certification (desirable)
• Working at Heights certification (desirable)
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Own hand tools
• Valid DBS certificate
• Two references from previous employers

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Repairing leaks in copper, plastic pipework, and waste pipes
• Understanding hot and cold water systems
• Working with and understanding unvented hot water systems
• Fault Finding on Y Plan & S Plan systems
• Understand Under Floor Heating
• Working on all boiler manufacturers

Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 45 hours per week (basic salary; call-out rota paid per job)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Days: Monday to Friday (plus call-out rota)
