Gas Field Manager

We are looking for an experienced Gas Field Manager to join a well-established contractor in the Havant to support on their social housing projects.

The successful candidate will receive the opportunity to progress, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and 55,000- 60,000, dependant on experience.

As a Gas Field Manager, you will receive :

As a Gas Field Manager, your responsibilities will be:

Dealing with the day-to-day operational management of operatives and providing technical support, and training for all engineers.
Conduct monthly toolbox talk meetings.
Efficiently liaise with clients to assist in developing relations and assisting with the resolution of problematic jobs, attend, and facilitate the resolution of customer complaints, including site visits and provide a technical overview.
Carry out Quality Checks and Health and Safety audits to a pre-determined agreed target volume.

Qualifications/Experience:

Possess NVQ Level 2/3 in Heating and Ventilation or equivalent.
ACS accreditations, including CCN1 and CENWAT or equivalent, are preferable.
Proven ability to deliver accurate and detailed survey reports.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Full UK driving license is essential.
Social housing experience
