Agile Coach / Scrum Master

West Dublin - hybrid working Global Financial Services €500 per day - 12 month initial contract We re working with a leading global financial services firm who are seeking an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master to join their Dublin-based team on a 12-month daily rate contract. In this role, you'll guide high-performing teams through agile transformation and delivery working across technology and business functions in a regulated, enterprise-scale environment. The Role: Champion Agile principles and best practices across multiple squads Facilitate sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and planning sessions Coach and support Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams Drive continuous improvement across tooling, workflows, and team dynamics Remove delivery blockers and embed a culture of accountability and value-led delivery Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders globally About You: Proven experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master in complex enterprise environments Strong stakeholder management skills, especially within financial services or similarly regulated sectors Comfortable coaching across varying agile maturity levels Confident facilitating agile delivery in hybrid and globally distributed teams Scrum / SAFe / Agile certifications desirable STAMP 4 OR EU PASSPORT IS ESSENTIAL.
