Sales Operations Controller

We're looking for a proactive Sales Operations Controller for a fixed term of up to 14 months, to support the global sales operations. You'll ensure smooth internal processes, from SAP-based transactions and CRM updates, to order fulfilment, licensing, and logistics. In this varied role, you'll be: Managing SAP sales processes including quotes, orders and invoices Coordinate customer communication, payments, licensing, and documentation Oversee online sales Handle shipping, procurement and payment processing Administer CRM, e-commerce, legal documents including NDA's and contracts Support IT procurement Maintain records, generate reports and triage shared mailboxesThis role will require a strong background in administration/operations along with ERP (ideally SAP) experience. You'll be confident using Excel and be an efficient organiser who is detail focused. Multi-tasking will be a strength and you'll have great time management expertise!
