We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator based in Whitehaven, Cumbria. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday. The successful Candidate will be responsible for providing a full Admin service to various Team Members within the Department. Answering incoming calls and dealing with day-to-day queries or relaying calls to other staff members if required Responsible for database upkeep and ensuring all records are up to date Typing various documents - fast and accurate typing skills essential Maintaining and updating various spreadsheets Liaising with external Customers and other Departments within the Company Booking appointments and induction courses when required Being the main point of contact for any office maintenance required QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE A good standard of general education with GCSEs in Maths and English A-C level. Further Business/Admin qualifications preferred Experienced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel IT orientated to pick up new systems quickly Accurate, fast typing skills Proof Reading A driving licence would be advantageous Any Sellafield or Nuclear knowledge would be beneficial A quick learner and be able to prioritise your workload Polite and professional when dealing with customers over the phone Calm and work well under pressure Please forward your CV as soon as possible
