What You'll Be Doing: Testing apps (web & mobile), EUC tools, and system changes - from shiny new builds to legacy tweaks Designing and executing manual test cases and regression packs Building and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright Collaborating with developers, PMs, and clients in Agile/Scrum environments Logging, tracking, and retesting bugs with precision (and a little obsession) Ensuring quality across UI, functionality, performance, and compatibility Continuously improving testing processes, frameworks, and documentation Helping shape our QA practice and influencing automation strategyWhat You'll Need: Solid hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing Experience testing apps (web/mobile) and EUC (End User Computing) tools Strong grasp of automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright preferred) Knowledge of testing REST APIs using Postman or similar Comfort with Agile methodologies and fast-paced project work Experience working in environments with Microsoft tech stack (bonus points for Power Platform) Sharp attention to detail and the confidence to speak up when something smells buggy Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the quality barWhat You'll Get: A young, energetic culture with regular socials, hackathons, and team events Hybrid working - a few days a week at our Oxford Street office, rest remote Career growth tailored to you - certifications, mentoring, and serious progression opportunities Exposure to a wide range of industries, projects, and bleeding-edge Microsoft techPrivate health, generous holiday allowance, and a real work/life balance
