Electronics Engineer – Royal Leamington Spa – Excellent Salary and Benefits I am currently hiring for an Electronics Engineer for a key client of mine based in the UK. My client is a well-established UK-based product development company, known for delivering innovative, technically advanced solutions across a wide range of industries including consumer, transport, and medical sectors. Due to ongoing growth and a strong pipeline of new projects, they are now looking to appoint an Electronics Engineer on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams of mechanical, software, and industrial designers to develop cutting-edge electronic systems. You’ll contribute to a variety of exciting and impactful projects – from early-stage feasibility studies through to product launch – helping to deliver market-ready solutions that genuinely improve lives. Key Responsibilities: Develop specifications, test plans, and system architectures for electronic products. Design, simulate, and evaluate analogue and digital circuits. Support and oversee PCB layout and hardware validation. Contribute to electromechanical integration in collaboration with other disciplines. Manage and prioritise inputs across multiple concurrent development projects. Essential Skills: A degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hardware design and development. Strong understanding of analogue and digital circuit design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage your time effectively across a range of projects. Desirable Skills: Experience working within a fast-paced consultancy or product development environment. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. medical, automotive). Exposure to embedded systems or firmware development. Strong appreciation for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
