Assistant Management Accountant

Main Duties: As an Assistant Management Accountant your main duties include: · Responsible for all Balance Sheets and ensure Balance Sheet reconciliations completed monthly · Contributing to the preparation of management accounts · To drive continuous improvement in the finance function with emphasis on controls and improvement of existing processes · Identify areas where the business can be more efficient and improve existing Purchase and Sales Ledger procedures · Point of contact for Auditors and completion of statutory accounts · Ensure compliance is up to date for HMRC and Companies House · Daily transactional processing · Preparing accruals and prepayments · Supporting with VAT and tax returns · Ensuring compliance with financial processes.
