What You'll Do:

As our Credit Control Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Communicating with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
• Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage prompt payment.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable (preferred but not essential).

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
