Gas Engineer

Monday - Friday, Permanent, Full Time

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Permanent Gas Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will primarily focus on commercial gas engineering, working on a handful of defence projects around South Oxfordshire. This role is integral to the delivery of high-quality services to clients, and the chosen engineer will be responsible for diagnosing issues, carrying out maintenance, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and providing repair solutions in a timely manner.

The Role

• Carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance on commercial gas systems
• Working on multiple defence projects across South Oxfordshire
• Diagnosing faults on heating systems, boilers and commercial gas appliances
• Repairing any found faults
• Maintaining service records and documents in line with legislation and company policies
• Ensuring compliance with Gas Safe regulations, including by carrying out safety checks
• Be on the on=call rota for emergency works

About You

• Gas Safe Registered and Qualified
• Experience in Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance
• Desirable - Experience working in Commercial or Defence Environments
• Full UK Driving License
