Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (weekend work may be required)

Hourly Rate: Negotiable depending on experience

Duration: Temporary

If you have experience in facilities maintenance or building services, then this could be the role for you! Working in a luxury environment providing carpentry, plumbing and other multi trade support you may have previously worked as a handyman or maintenance operative and are looking for a new challenge. We welcome applications from candidates with all trade background for this role.

Duties will include:

• Carry out general repairs and upkeep, including basic plumbing, joinery, and decorating tasks.
• Apply sealants (e.g., siliconing around sinks, baths, and windows) to maintain water-tight finishes.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure tools and materials are used safely and work areas are left clean and tidy.

Key skills and attributes required:

• Confident in a range of general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating
• Skilled in applying silicone sealant around bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and other fittings
• Able to diagnose and carry out minor repairs quickly and effectively
• Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills
• Reliable, tidy, and able to work independently or as part of a team
