What You'll Be Doing:
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating bending machinery, tools, and equipment safely and according to instructions.
• Engaging in physical and manual work, including the movement and lifting of steel bars.
• prioritising and completing production activities efficiently.
• Setting up or adjusting equipment based on manufacturing specifications.
• Monitoring the quality of output, ensuring any faulty products are identified and addressed.
• Maintaining accurate daily production records to facilitate performance analysis.
• Using measuring tapes with precision.
• Operating overhead cranes (training will be provided!).

What We're Looking For:

• This role involves heavy lifting and manual labour in a steel production environment, so a strong physical ability is essential.
• While steel or production experience is not necessary , experience in labouring or construction is a significant advantage.
• A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude are crucial for success in this role.
• Full training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped for your tasks.
