Operational Automation Lead

Hybrid Dublin 12 Location €70k-€80k/Year + Benefits This is a role for someone who doesn t just fix problems, but builds the solution that stops it happening again.This isn t a service desk role. You won t be client-facing. You will be the brains behind how our client selects, uses, and automates their internal and client-facing tools. From antivirus to email filtering, from RMM to Kaseya K365, if our client uses it, you ll evaluate it, refine it, or recommend something better. You'll report directly to the CEO, who s all in on giving you the autonomy to make a real impact. There s also room to grow this into a team lead role as they scale. Your Responsabilities: Own our client's internal tool stack + automation strategy Lead their Standards Committee Drive automation using RMM + PowerShell Align tools with ISO27001 and security best practice Train the team, write docs, and share knowledge Have freedom to shape the role and suggest change Your Requirements: MSP background - this is a must Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting ability Proven automation mindset (RMM/PowerShell) Independent, curious, and process-minded Comfortable driving tool and platform strategy Please APPLY directly or contact me for further info - (phone number removed)/(url removed)
