Road Freight Forwarder - Halesowen
Location: Halesowen, West Midlands
Salary: 29,000 - 34,000 per annum + Excellent Bonus Scheme

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and expanding freight forwarding company based in Halesowen , West Midlands. Due to consistent growth in demand, they are seeking an experienced Road Freight Forwarder to join their operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage UK and European road freight operations from booking through to delivery
• Prepare accurate and timely freight quotations for clients
• Liaise with hauliers, subcontractors, and customers daily
• Handle all relevant shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain high levels of customer service and build lasting client relationships

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in road freight forwarding
• Solid experience preparing and submitting freight quotes
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple shipments and work effectively under pressure
• Competent in using freight systems and Microsoft Office
