Project Manager – Façade Remediation Overview Opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor with a supportive, close-knit team Projects span across the UK, including London, Midlands, Liverpool, and Manchester Strong pipeline of repeat business and long-term client relationships Key Responsibilities Oversee façade remediation projects from defect identification to handover Manage the full project lifecycle on-site – not a remote or office-based role Work hands-on with various building fabric systems including: Brickwork Render Cladding (e.g. aluminium panel systems) Insulation and external wall insulation (EWI) Travel nationwide required (Scotland optional) Requirements Minimum 5 years’ hands-on façade remediation experience (essential) Must have practical site exposure – not suited to Tier 1 package managers or QS-only backgrounds Solid understanding of façade construction and remediation processes Trade or academic background acceptable if remediation knowledge is sound Willing to travel across the UK for projects Comfortable working in a collaborative, small-team environment Honest, accountable, and proactive attitude Desirable Background in cladding or brickwork is a strong advantage Familiarity with compliance standards and a variety of remediation systems Interest in long-term career development and leadership opportunities Salary & Benefits £60,000 – £75,000 depending on experience Company car or car allowance + mileage 20 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown Pension scheme (3% contribution) Structured progression plan and mentoring support Interview Process Initial 15–20 min Microsoft Teams call (typically after 5pm) Final in-person interview with hiring team Offers made within 3–4 days of final stage
