Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority in the Northeast of England who require an Interim Service Lead for their DFG programme. The Council have approx. 18,000 homes, and you'll be working on their adaptations strategy, rewriting areas and leading the team with implementation. This is in line with the Care Act and Children's legislation. You'll need excellent communication skills to support with the operating protocols for Adult Social Care, Children's Social Care and others and wider arrangements with Design and Construction Services. You'll also be required to manage the team underneath this position - this includes: Technical team (approx. 5x surveyors) Case Officer team OT Team Admin TeamExperience of reviewing and improving or developing HIA/ILS/DFG services is required. Interviews are being hosted ASAP when the hiring manager reviews candidates he deems suited to the role. Start date can be with up to 2 weeks' notice.
