Site Agent

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to join a Tier 1 contractor on a major infrastructure project in Suffolk. Ideal for candidates with a strong civil engineering background and proven experience in highways and general civils works. Key Responsibilities: * Lead site operations across earthworks, drainage, ducting, and pavement construction * Drive health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on-site * Develop and implement RAMS, ITPs, permits, and temporary works * Manage programmes, resources, and subcontractors to meet delivery targets * Ensure QA processes, testing regimes, and compliance documentation are in place Requirements: * Background in civil engineering with experience in highways/infrastructure projects * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Familiar with CDM Regulations and industry standards/specifications * Able to manage a team and work under pressure with a proactive attitude Qualifications: * HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) * SMSTS, CSCS, and IOSH Managing Safely * Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor (desirable) * First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Fit-for-Work medical (desirable)
