Job Title: Yard Operative (FLT Licence Required) 📍 Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands 💷 Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour 🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join our team in Kingswinford. This is a full-time, ongoing position ideal for someone with a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence and experience working in a busy yard or industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: Operating FLT to load, unload, and move materials safely around the yard General yard duties including sorting, organising, and maintaining cleanliness Assisting with deliveries and stock control Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed Supporting other team members as required Requirements: Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach) Previous experience in a yard or warehouse environment Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather Strong work ethic and team player attitude Punctual and reliable Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £13.00 Regular daytime hours - no weekends!
