Construction Project Manager 📍 Portsmouth, Hampshire 💼 Permanent | Full-Time 💰 Excellent Salary + Package (Negotiable depending on experience) We’re working with a long-established and reputable main contractor who are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a major high-end residential conversion and New Build project on the South Coast. The role involves taking full responsibility for a landmark development, converting a large, historic building into luxury apartments and also new build housing across multiple phases—each valued at approximately £30 million.
