Salary Range: GBP130 - GBP180 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are recruiting an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a welcoming EYFS setting in Sleaford and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in a child s first steps in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a nurturing and stimulating Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Create a warm, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Use a variety of learning strategies to support children s development across all areas.
• Monitor and assess children s progress, adapting planning accordingly.
• Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support each child s growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in an EYFS setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and development milestones.
• A patient, creative, and caring approach to early education.
• A full and up-to-date CV covering the last ten years (with any gaps explained) and an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
