Job Title: Collections Agent - Outbound (Private Parking Debt)

Location: Office-based (hybrid options available)

Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity

We're recruiting for a leading UK debt recovery organisation known for its ethical and customer-focused approach. As a Collections Agent , you'll be responsible for recovering private parking debts through outbound calls, email, and SMS. Working with empathy and professionalism to support individuals in resolving outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound contact with individuals regarding unpaid private parking charges
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
• Meet personal and team performance targets

What You'll Need

• Experience in debt collection or customer service
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Professional, empathetic, and resilient
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
