Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a UK manufacturing site of a global company has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee HR Coordinator to join them. You will be providing HR support across the site, working directly for the HR Manager:
We would expect the successful Trainee HR Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and administration processes, be an excellent communicator and be a people person, who always endeavours to help and assist, building relationships. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with HR and company Processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you are looking to kick start a career in HR, and are a Law or Business Graduate or a time-served Business Apprentice (or equivalent).
You will be joining the Corby site of a company that has been established for over 50 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of manufacturing. Working directly with the management team, this role offers the opportunity to grow your skills with HR and become CIPD qualified, as well as offering practical experience on a daily basis.
