Maintenance Engineer

W Talent are working exclusively with a dynamic manufacturing business based in Kings Lynn, Norfolk who are looking to recruit a new Maintenance Engineer to join the team. This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, where you will be key to ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Job Information

The role primarily involves reactive and preventative maintenance with a mechanical bias, although multi-skilled candidates are encouraged to apply. The client is open to candidates from a variety of industrial backgrounds.

• Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment across the facility.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs promptly to minimise downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
• Work closely with production teams to support continuous improvement and ensure equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on completed work.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment as required.
• Adhere to health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

Key Requirements
