Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance & Compliance: Maintain and service advanced fire alarm systems to ensure full compliance with current safety standards and regulations
• Emergency Response: Provide prompt and professional emergency service calls, demonstrating technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities
• Territory Management: Plan and execute efficient service schedules to optimise coverage within designated geographical areas
• Customer Relations: Deliver professional customer service through clear communication and reliable technical support
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment and materials, ensuring optimal stock levels and equipment readiness
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to maintain current knowledge of industry standards and emerging technologies
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed of legislative changes, industry standards, and competitive developments affecting fire safety services
• Performance Management: Achieve individual performance targets while contributing to overall team objectives
• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular progress reports and participate in quarterly team meetings to share insights and best practices
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets Ventro's established quality standards and procedural requirements

Essential Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in fire alarm systems and related technologies
• Strong motivation and professional enthusiasm for fire safety services
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Valid UK driving licence
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
