Salary: 85- 95 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in the classroom?
Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and well-respected primary school in Tameside that is seeking a Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September on a full-time, long-term basis.

• Support the Year 4 class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities

• Provide tailored support to pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Assist with behaviour management and the general running of the classroom

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting

• A proactive, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to working with children

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for education and child development
