Job Description:
What are we looking for?
You will be responsible for creating demand for the area, by securing deep diagnostic of the brand, linked to Pet Ownership (PO) and healthy pet needs. You will use this to build the Area Brand strategy and effective Pet Owner programmes and (personalised) activation across all paid/ owned and earned touchpoints in the cluster, based on the Global and EU Brand Strategy and global programmes.
You will ensure that activation secures reach, conversion and engagement with Pet owners. Increasing brand awareness, equity and long-term value and short-term demand.
Solid brand and marketing functional knowledge and experiences, including brand & media strategy, portfolio activation, utilising digital platform & CRM
Recent experience in leading marketing function for a major corporation.
Possess strong leadership, strategic agility and demonstrated ability to implement business strategies to gain competitive advantages
Able to influence without authority
Familiar with regional and global set up to drive market impact - understands how to manage business and teams in this environment and possesses deep consumer insights
Previous experience in working with multi-national companies and is accustomed to work in a matrix and collaborative environment
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
