Semi Senior Accountant

Accounts Semi-Senior / Accountant – AAT Level 4+ | Practice | Exeter We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Semi-Senior or Accountant with at least 2 years of practice experience and AAT Level 4 (or equivalent). This is a client-facing role offering a varied workload and clear progression within a supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships & limited companies Produce statutory financial statements from source records Submit VAT returns and maintain client books Prepare corporation tax computations Assist with management accounts and support client queries Supervise junior team members and provide support to managers Communicate with clients and HMRC where needed Skills & Requirements: AAT Level 4 (or equivalent) Practice experience (min. 2 years) Proficient in Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks Strong communication, organisation, and client relationship skills Able to manage workload effectively and support junior colleagues This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working with clients, and supporting a collaborative team. 📩 Interested?
