Assembly Operative Location: Pershore Pay: From £13.48 per hour Type: Permanent, Full-time Hours: Mon-Thu: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Fri: 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM (39 hours/week + possible overtime) About the Role: We are recruiting for a Skilled Assembly Operative to join a well-established client based in the heart of Worcestershire. Our client delivers engineering services and solutions across diverse industries including Defence, Rail, Automotive, and Agriculture. You’ll be working in a modern facility featuring steel fabrication, metal-working, and final assembly workshops, with great opportunities for growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Assemble complex products accurately and efficiently, following technical and detailed drawings Ensure all finished products meet company quality standards Develop a strong understanding of technical drawings and assembly processes Use handheld tools effectively as part of your daily work Work productively in a busy environment and support the team to meet deadlines What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work well under pressure and motivate yourself and others Good verbal and written communication skills Experience using handheld tools is an advantage Benefits: Competitive pay starting at £13.48 per hour Free on-site parking Cycle to Work scheme available Friendly and supportive working environment Monday to Friday schedule Interested?
