Chartered Building Surveyor – Central London (Waterloo) Up to £65,000 + Bonus | Private Medical Insurance | Pension | Career Progression Work with a vibrant, award-winning building consultancy based in Central London, known for their work on prestigious and listed buildings across the capital. Their reputation is built on delivering high-quality, tailored services to both residential and commercial clients — with a strong portfolio that includes some of London’s most well-known property management companies.  Due to ongoing growth, they’re now looking to hire a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS, minimum 6 months PQE desirably) to join a friendly, dynamic and ambitious team. Role Overview: You’ll be delivering a full suite of professional and project-based Building Surveying services, including: Contract Administration (project values up to £3.5m) Insurance Reinstatement Projects Defect Diagnosis, Condition & Planned Maintenance Surveys Design & Specification of Works Party Wall Matters & Licence to Alter Pre-Acquisition Surveys & RCAs Employer’s Agent & Project Management Roles You'll manage your own projects, act as a key client contact and support junior surveyors with their APC progression — alongside contributing to the growth of the business.
