Dynatrace Specialist/Consultant

Dynatrace Specialist/Consultant Location: Cambridge (Required 2-3 day weekly from office) Experience: 7-10 years (Apply online only) GBP/Day (Inside IR35) Key Responsibilities 1. Good understanding and usage of the following programming languages: JAVA, .NET, Node.js, PHP, C, C++, HTML etc. 2. Knowledge in middleware like WebLogic, WebSphere etc. 3. Demonstrates thorough knowledge and awareness of application performance issues in complex multi-tiered environment 4. Ability to do requirement gathering and target environment analysis from an APM perspective 5. In-depth understanding of Dynatrace license construct 6. Hands-on implementation experience in Dynatrace solutions 7. Experience on Configuration and customization of Dynatrace solution 8. Ability to manage and deliver complete Dynatrace deployments in complex customer environments in quick timelines 9. Hardcore experience of creating custom configuration and alerting in Dynatrace deployments ensuring end-to-end tool functionality 10. Expertise in triage and analysis of issues with collection and analysis of performance metrics as-required to diagnose complex system problems in a timely manner 11. Ability to integrate Dynatrace with various supported ITSM, CI/CD and QA/Performance Testing tools 12. Ability to create custom dashboards from the Dynatrace tool based on customer requirements 13. Strong knowledge of APM KPIs and reporting 14. Ability to deliver client PoC/PoV demonstrating tool benefit and capabilities 15. Ability to document resolved issues in an effective manner for knowledge management 16. Ability to cross-train peers with tool usage and assist in creation of best-practices
