Account Manager - Industrial Chemicals (Agrochemical & Water Treatment) Location: Home Based Join a global leader in chemical distribution, where innovation meets opportunity. As an Account Manager in the Industrial Business Unit, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of agrochemicals (80%) and water treatment (20%) across the UK and Europe. This is more than a sales role—it’s a chance to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and make a real impact in a dynamic, science-led environment. What You’ll Do * Own and grow a portfolio of industrial clients, delivering tailored solutions and driving profitability. * Spot opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships, promoting a diverse, high-quality product range. * Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and technical experts to deliver innovative solutions. * Build trust with customers and suppliers through regular virtual and in-person engagement. * Lead market expansion, launching new product lines and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. * Leverage data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities—informing smarter, faster decisions. * Champion customer success, managing everything from samples to pricing via Salesforce. * Stay ahead with ongoing technical training and market insights, ensuring you’re always adding value.
