Test Technician

Near Eastleigh | 💼 Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | 💰 £13.28 per hour 🕒 37.5 hours/week: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm, Friday 7:30am-1:00pm Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Test Technician to join their manufacturing team at their site near Eastleigh. This hands-on role involves testing electronic products to ensure they meet quality standards and supporting a clean, well-organised production environment. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering a long-term opportunity for the right candidate following a successful qualification period. Key Responsibilities Conduct production testing in accordance with defined procedures, documentation, and test equipment Test PCB and mechanical assemblies to meet quality and performance standards Accurately identify and verify electronic components Maintain high-quality output, aiming for zero defects Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards Follow route cards, job cards, and engineering drawings accurately Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within the production team Comply with all company policies and codes of conduct Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor Note: This is not an exhaustive list; additional duties may be required as business needs evolve.
