Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor Required Urgently An ambitious and well-established main contractor specialising in high-end residential projects is urgently seeking a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial lead across two exciting schemes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, agile team delivering complex structural refurbishments and high-spec finishes in the £1m-£5m range. The successful candidate will commercially manage one live project while supporting another at pre-construction stage.
