Customer Account Manager


Our client is looking for a well-organised and motivated person. They have a full-time position for a Customer Services Account Manager who will manage a portfolio of accounts working as part of a busy, fast paced team  This is initially a 4-month contract with a view to go permanent. Main Duties Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face Respond promptly to customer inquiries by processing orders, quotes, and other requests Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure quotes and works are completed timely Manage administration behind all customer orders Keep in touch with customers throughout order process Skills and Knowledge Experience building strong working relationships with customers Innovative and motivated Exceptional communicator both written and verbal A good team player Able to prioritise and multi task Excellent administrative skills with good attention to detail Other Details £26K - paid weekly 25 days holiday once permanent On-site parking 8.30am - 5.00pm - 1 hour lunch Pension
