Finance Officer

Role: Finance Officer Salary: £30,000 Plus Location: Glasgow City Centre Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant and supportive environment? We’re looking for a Finance Officer to take ownership of a vital role managing a diverse range of income streams. If you thrive on precision, enjoy problem-solving, and want to be part of a close-knit team that values initiative and professionalism, we’d love to hear from you.   Key Responsibilities: Monitor and follow up on outstanding debts within defined thresholds, and follow the escalation protocol when necessary   Manage monthly direct debit collections and maintain a full audit trail of all transactions Reconcile income from various payment methods (bank transfers, cards, cash) using the organisation's financial systems Maintain accurate and organised financial records and documentation Support the Finance Manager in processing financial assistance applications Prepare financial reports and statistical data for senior leadership and governance bodies End-to-end invoice processing and reconciliations, ledger analysis, and other delegated financial tasks What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Accounts Receivable, credit control, and invoice processing experience Proficiency in financial software and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a similar financial or administrative role A proactive and dynamic mindset with the ability to drive positive change and deliver tangible results  If you’re a commercially astute finance professional looking for a high-impact role with scope, visibility, and real career progression, we’d love to hear from you.
