Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with diverse special educational needs Use effective behaviour management and de-escalation strategies to support positive outcomes Build trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and emotional development Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external professionals to support holistic learning Foster a calm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that supports every pupil's progressCandidate Requirements Minimum 6 months' experience in an SEN or behaviour-focused role (essential) Proven behaviour management skills with a calm, empathetic, and consistent approach A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs reach their potential Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain oneWhy Join Tempest Education?
