ISQ Recruitment is supporting a well-established food manufacturer in the Norfolk area, currently looking for a QA Auditor to join their team. This is a factory-based role focused on upholding food safety, hygiene and quality through hands-on auditing and daily checks.

The Role:

Carrying out audits on quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
Ensuring compliance with BRC and customer requirements
Completing checks on line paperwork, weights, temperatures, traceability, and labelling
Verifying equipment such as checkweighers, thermometers, and metal detectors
Swabbing and sampling for internal and external analysis
Supporting site readiness for audits and customer visits
Investigating complaints, reporting non-conformances, and helping close out corrective actions

What We re Looking For:

Previous experience in a QA, QC or similar food production role
Food Hygiene Level 2 (or willingness to complete)
Attention to detail and confident following structured checks
Good communication skills and a practical, team-based approach
Comfortable working on the factory floor and with production teams
Driving licence and own vehicle due to rural site location
