Quality Technician

Nelson Permanent Placements are working with our client recruiting for a Quality Engineer for a well-established company in West Bromwich who provide cable solutions are widely used in education, commercial, housing, industrial, and healthcare sectors across the UK.

To be considered for this role as a Quality Technician you will be:

• Three years experience in a quality engineering role or equivalent
• Have a engineering qualification at minimum level 3
• Knowledge of BS EN ISO 9001 is desirable
• Excellent communication skills both written & oral.
• Competent in using Microsoft office applications.
• Be proactive and be able to solve problems and make decisions
• Assist with assembling and measuring parts for distribution

Key Responsibilities of this role as a Quality Technician you will be:

• Assist in measuirng and assembling parts for distribution.
• Ensuring the quality of products for distribution.
• Meet KPI S.

Requirements of a Quality Technician you will:

• Be able to comply with and promote company values
• Have hands on experience of quality engineering and hands on shop floor experience.
• Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
• Motivation to beat targets safely and required quality standards
