This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading UK food manufacturer specialising in foodservice and bakery pre-mixes trusted by national wholesalers, pub chains, restaurant groups, and education providers. Based in the West Midlands, you'll be travelling across the UK to demonstrate new products , inspire customers , and influence menus at scale .

What you ll be doing

• Create and develop new food concepts alongside the Business Development Chef
• Present your creations to major foodservice clients, demonstrating product performance
• Attend exhibitions and trade shows as a brand ambassador
• Collaborate with our sales team, supporting customer relationships with culinary expertise
• Work with cross-functional teams on recipe creation, sample prep, and documentation
• Conduct market and trend research to drive innovation
• Travel regularly, including overnight stays, to attend meetings and development sessions

What we re looking for

You ll likely come from a cheffing background perhaps as a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie or Head Chef and you're now ready to step into a role where you can use your culinary skill in a more strategic, customer-facing way.

You ll need to bring:

• A recognised culinary qualification or strong kitchen experience
• Confidence and professionalism when presenting to corporate clients
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Creativity and trend awareness in food innovation
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Food hygiene knowledge, allergen awareness, and basic HACCP understanding
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (overnight stays required)
