IRATA Rope Access Piling Operatives - Ongoing Projec...

Dewey Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced IRATA-qualified Rope Access Operatives to join their teams across a variety of civil engineering and geotechnical projects throughout the UK. With multiple ongoing and upcoming contracts, our client is looking for skilled operatives for immediate deployment.

Ideal candidates will have a background in drilling and/or grouting , but we also welcome applicants with any form of piling experience, including rotary, CFA, precast piling, or general piling support work. A valid IRATA certification at any level (1, 2, or 3) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out rope access tasks safely and efficiently, following client site requirements

• Support drilling, grouting, and piling operations across various UK locations

• Comply with all health and safety policies and site protocols

• Work closely with site teams to ensure high standards of safety and project delivery

• Use rope access methods to access difficult or restricted areas for inspections, installations, and maintenance

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid IRATA certification (any level) with current training

• Proven experience in drilling, grouting, or piling operations relevant to rope access

• Ability to work on live construction sites adhering to health and safety standards

• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and flexibility to travel across the UK

• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
