Deputy Manager Residential Care

Deputy Manager – Residential Care I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a medium sized Residential Home in the St Agnes area. We are looking for a qualified and experience Deputy Manager. The role will involve assisting the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home and the running of the home in the managers absence. For the right candidate the salary is between £30,000 and £35,000. The Registered Manager must have * QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred) * Prior experience as Deputy Manager of a Residential Home (Essential) * Prior experience as Senior Care Assistant (Essential) * Strong staff management skills * Strong organisational skills * Good understanding about CQC regulations Please apply now and we will contact you if you have been successful in our shortlisting
