The ideal candidate will have: - A strong background in supply chain or procurement management (minimum 3 years). - A degree and/or relevant professional qualifications such as CIPS (qualified or working towards). - Experience leading people and developing team capability. - A strategic mindset and strong commercial awareness. - Passion for sustainability & ESG - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Proficiency with data analysis, planning tools and procurement systems.
