An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and innovative Drama and Media Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive department at a well-established secondary school in Aylesbury. Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated educator to deliver engaging Drama and Media lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5. The successful candidate will inspire creativity, critical thinking, and confidence in students, while also playing a key role in school productions and media projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach inspiring and dynamic Drama and Media lessons from KS3 to KS5

  • Plan and direct school performances, theatre projects, and digital media productions

  • Track student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback

  • Encourage student participation in creative and collaborative learning activities

  • Contribute to curriculum development within both Drama and Media Studies

  • Lead or support enrichment activities such as clubs, trips, and school showcases

What We re Looking For:

  • A degree in Drama, Media Studies, or a related subject

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching Drama and/or Media to KS4/KS5 (ECTs also welcome)

  • A passion for creative education and student engagement

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
