A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Buyer to join their Commercial team based in Fife . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in housebuilding , strong sub-contractor procurement knowledge, and COINS system experience.

• Manage the procurement of materials and sub-contractor services

• Ensure timely, cost-effective supply to multiple live sites

• Build strong supplier and sub-contractor relationships

• Collaborate with internal teams to support build programmes

• Use COINS for ordering, reporting, and budget tracking

• Buyer experience within a housebuilder or residential construction setting

• Proven track record in sub-contractor procurement

• Proficiency in COINS

• Strong negotiation and organisational skills
